JJR1000-8000 series intelligent motor soft starter is an internationally advanced novel starting equipment which adopts power electronics technology, microprocessor technology and modern control theories and technology. The product is able to efficiently restrict starting voltages of asynchronous motors and is widely applied to heavy-duty equipment such as wind turbines, water pumps, conveyors and compressors. It is an ideal upgrade product of star-delta starter, self-coupling reduced voltage starter, magnetic control step-down starter and the like.
RNMV
The control core of the RNMV series product is the CPU that starts and protects motors. This microprocessor control system controls the SCR to perform relative angle trigger control so as to reduce the voltage applied to the motor, and then to smoothly increase the motor torque by slowly controlling the voltage and current applied to the motor until the motor accelerates to full speed. This start mode can lower starting impulse current of the motor and reduce the i***ct to the power network and the motor itself. Meanwhile it also reduces mechanical i***ct to the mechanical load connected to the motor in order to prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce fault and shutdown. |
